The options for each scarf is polyester, acrylic or cotton yarn. The first photo is of an acrylic styled yarn, and the second photo includes a polyester styled (chunky) yarn.
For a more lightweight scarf, the acrylic option is best.
For a bigger and warmer scarf, the polyester (chunky) option is best.
